Useful templates to have in your company

In our last article, we discussed some of the most useful planning schemes to have for your company. Today we will continue this topic by giving you examples of the templates that are useful to have in your company’s everyday lives.

1. Professional introduction templates

Let’s face it, introducing yourself and your colleagues can be frustrating and tiring from time to time. Having a blank bios template for these situations can be very convenient. An example of the template goes like this:

(NAME) is an experienced (JOB) driven by __ years of experience in the industry. (S)he takes pride in providing the best ________ possible. As a (JOB TITLE) her/his role is to _____________ and ____________. In addition to her primary job functions (NAME) is recognized at the company by being ____________ (additional information). (S)he is also extremely committed to _____________.

2. Meeting agenda templates

It is easier to have a well-conducted meeting when you have a proper agenda at your hands. An example of what it should include is listed below:

Location, time, date:

Participants:

Agenda details

  1. Naming the first thing to discuss

Writing a short description of the problem

  1. what you want to do, step 1
  2. what you want to do, step 2

The list goes on like this. Make sure to keep it short, simple and easy to read for a fluent meeting.

3. e-mail templates

Think about how much time you are spending crafting emails on any given day. Having some fill-in-the-blank templates are especially helpful when it comes to reducing the time you spend on emails that you're sending on a repeat basis.

There are lots of more templates to consider when starting a business. It is best to write down your needs and start drafting them for a more fluent and easier workflow in the near future. Then, if you are ready, save them in the cloud, and enjoy your hassle-free template based operations going smoothly.
